Product Description Kroy Surface PVC tubing is available in 6", 8", 10" and 12" O.D. sizes.  The PVC compounds contain additives that provide ultraviolet ray protection and weather resistance for strength and long life.

Applications Kroy QS2P and Light Wall Surface Tubing is available plain or gated.  Standard gate spacings are 20", 30", 36" and 40".  Special gate spacings available on request. Kroy Surface PVC pipe is also used for transmission lines for conveying liquids where lower pressures (not to exceed 20 psi) are used.

Features The Kroy integral bell utilizes a gasket to firmly seal the male end of the pipe without leaks.  The male end of the tube is beveled to allow for easy assembly. The Kroy QS2P and Light Wall come in standard lengths of 30 ft. Kroy PVC surface pipe can be fitted with a band and latch assembly for positive locking at elbows, plugs and tees when required.

Polyethylene is produced in coils or straight lengths.  Since PE is not a brittle material, it can be installed with bends and over uneven terrain easily in continuous lengths without additional welds or couplings. 

Joining 

PolyPipe® can be joined by a variety of methods.  The preferred method is heat fusion.  This encompasses butt fusion, saddle fusion, socket fusion and electrofusion.  This type of connection offers a completely leak proof, fully restrained joint.   

Cost Effective, Long Term and Permanent 

Significant cost savings can be realized using PolyPipe® over traditional materials such as steel, ductile iron, fiberglass or PVC within the same design parameters.  Real savings in product costs, installation efficiency and long life expectancy are major advantages of PolyPipe® products.
